www.cwmt.org - Charlie Waller Memorial Trust   is raising awareness of the nature and dangers of depression, reducing the stigma, providing training to primary care staff and encouraging those who may be depressed or suicidal to seek help.

www.childbereavement.org.uk - The Child Bereavement Trust, providing help and support for children and parents following bereavement.

Hope Line Link UK 0870 170 4000 or 01978 367 333 is staffed by mental heath professionals for those concerned about someone who they believe may be suicidal and for those feeling suicidal.

www.samaritans.org - Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.
