Papyrus provides resources and support to those dealing with suicide, depression and emotional distress, particularly teenagers and young adults. For help ring their Hope Line Link UK 0800 068 41 41 which is staffed by mental health professionals for those concerned about someone who they believe may be suicidal and for those feeling suicidal (open Monday – Friday from 10am – 5pm & 7pm – 10pm, and 2pm – 5pm on weekends)

SANEline is a national out-of-hours telephone helpline offering emotional support and information for people affected by mental health problems. Ring 0845 767 8000 between 6pm & 11pm
